Who is The Youth Mentor?
Welcome, my name is Rizwan!
I provide a safe space for honest discussion, real growth, and an opportunity to slap life in the face when it bites hardest, flipping life situations back to peaceful memories worth keeping.
I'm 21, and many ask me: "What makes me qualified to be a youth mentor?"
From a young age, I have been a fairly reserved individual and observed the several environments that I am grateful to have been apart of. From spending time with all sorts of diverse individuals and working in a plethora of industries to being honoured through selection as the youngest member of the 20th annual Young Muslim Leadership Programme at the iconic Oxford Centre of Islamic Studies, I have constantly pushed myself into new environments to expand my knowledge and understanding of this world we live in and its truths.
Although this marks the beginning of my professional mentorship journey, I have been offering free mentorship to several mentees worldwide since 2022.
Through this, I developed the skills of listening, patience, and persistent belief in others. 100s of hours of learning, failing, and adapting is what has made me the mentor I am today.
Being young, also allows me to relate well with the youth as well as providing a fresh perspective for those who are older than me too.
While mentoring others, I have allowed myself to develop as an individual and applied the strategies I designed for others to myself, resulting in significant improvement within myself. I have many flaws and look forward to learning much more. I am intrigued to see where this new mentorship profession takes me and how it allows me to grow alongside others.

HONESTY
It is highly important for myself to cultivate a safe space and environment for all mentees, as I am aware there are unfortunately several of us that don't have a place to address their problems. Therefore I always seek to make sessions a place to express yourselves honestly whilst also being comfortable to receiving fair and honest advices and guidance.
PEACE
I am firstly most grateful and thankful to God for blessing me with a well-grounded understanding of the concept of true education. Being inspired by prophetic models that have brought about great potential in individuals, I am now able to give peace of mind that the strategies for self-growth can ensure real change & future security for all circumstance, God-willing.
INTEGRITY
Integrity is one of the clear aspects that separates my services from others. I stick back a consistent code of values and conduct and am grateful that this 3-phase mentorship scheme will be true to it's core basis and beliefs allowing for all mentees to have the peace of mind that our services will not tolerate any actions that go against basic moral & dignity.
I am grateful our services and guides have reached
at least 18 countries over the past 3 years.
And I only have plans to help more.
